A pair of glazed ceramic Beatrix Potter figurines, ‘Pigling Bland’ and ‘Little Pig Robinson’, manufactured by Beswick England for F. Warne & Co. Ltd. Pigling Bland, copyright 1956, is depicted wearing a purple jacket over a blue waistcoat and tie, carrying a small basket. Little Pig Robinson, copyright 1948, wears a blue and white checkered sweater and holds a bundled harvest. Both figures stand on vibrant green, textured bases.
