Before you get in touch

A few things that help us help you quickly. If you are asking about a lot in a forthcoming sale, quote the auction and lot number from the catalogue. If you would like a valuation, attach clear photographs, including any marks, signatures or hallmarks, and tell us roughly where you are so we can suggest whether to bring the item in or arrange a visit. If you are chasing an invoice or arranging collection, give us the name your bidding account is registered in. And if you would simply rather talk to a person, ring the number above during opening hours.
