A UK 2004 Brilliant Uncirculated two pound coin issued by the Royal Mint to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the steam locomotive. This bi-metallic coin is composed of a yellow-toned nickel-brass outer ring and a silver-toned cupro-nickel inner disc. The reverse design features Richard Trevithick’s 1804 Penydarran locomotive.
