Lot 2: Prospector's Gold & Gems .999 Silver Bar, 1 Troy Ounce
A hand-poured silver bar of rectangular form with irregular, rounded edges. The obverse is decorated with an impressed circular seal containing a crossed pickaxe and shovel positioned above a prospecting pan. The seal is encircled by the struck legends PROSPECTOR’S and GOLD & GEMS. To the right, the bar is stamped with the numeral 1 above the legends TROY OZ and .999 SILVER. The item exhibits a textured surface finish characteristic of hand-poured bullion. Total precious metal content: 1 oz t .999 fine silver.

Condition report:
The bar shows signs of environmental exposure and handling. The obverse surface exhibits scattered fine scratches and minor pitting (photo 1). Dark toning and patina are concentrated within the recessed struck lettering and around the perimeter of the central seal (photo 1). The uneven edges and slight wave to the perimeter are intentional features of the hand-pouring process. No original packaging or assay card is supplied.
