The group is completed by a Y12 1937 G.M.C. VAN in cream and green for BAXTER’S FAMOUS FOR ROYAL GAME SOUP, also displaying a LIMITED EDITION banner. Each model is housed in its original maroon card window display box bearing the printed text MATCHBOX and MODELS OF YESTERYEAR in serif lettering. No other maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the packaging.
Condition report:
The vehicles appear to be in excellent, unplayed-with condition, secured within their original internal packaging. The cardboard window boxes exhibit visible shelf wear across the lot, including scuffed corners and edge wear (photos 1 and 2). Notable creasing and a dent are present on the top edge of the Walters Palm Toffee box, and the Toblerone box shows significant wear to the right-hand corner. The clear plastic windows remain intact but show minor surface scuffing.
