Lot 360: A Collection of Matchbox Models of Yesteryear Vehicles with Original Packaging

This lot comprises five metal vehicles with plastic detailing, each presented in a branded window box. The collection includes a Y-13 1918 CROSSLEY in green and yellow with PRATTS MOTOR SPIRIT livery, and a Y-22 1930 MODEL ‘A’ FORD VAN in red and black with POSTES CANADA POST livery. Also included are a Y-12 1912 FORD MODEL T in white and green with BAXTER’S ROYAL GAME SOUP livery, a blue SENTINEL STEAM LORRY with PICKFORDS REMOVALS STORAGE livery, and a blue Y-21 1957 BMW 507 designated as a SPECIAL EDITION. The boxes are printed with MATCHBOX MODELS of YESTERYEAR and the respective model names. A yellow adhesive label on the lorry box reads 1985 CALENDAR OFFER, and a white adhesive price label remnant is present on the Crossley box. No other maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible.
