Lot 167: Wessex Mint Britannia 999 Fine Silver 1 Gram Bullion Bar

A Wessex Mint bullion bar of rectangular form with rounded corners. The obverse features an engraved depiction of Britannia standing and facing right, wearing a Corinthian helmet and holding a trident and a shield emblazoned with the Union Jack. The legend BRITANNIA is inscribed vertically along the left edge. The centre of the bar features a circular dotted border containing a runic-style monogram of the letters P and M, positioned to the left of the struck text WESSEX MINT TM. The base of the bar is inscribed with the weight 1 GRAM and the purity 999 FINE SILVER. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the reverse.
